ROOF CONSERVATION

Our company is experienced in the specification and construction of all roof conservation practises and associated lead work having completed many successful projects to listed and historical buildings. Specifically in the design and installation of ‘Bat friendly’ roofing systems and roofing membranes. With considerable knowledge in current approved and regulated roofing materials allowed for use when protected bats are present.

​Our work often includes the specification and installation of traditional sarking board, ecological vapour permeable sheathing for increased racking strength and breathable roof insulation for under and over rafter construction. This includes ecological and sustainable cork, hemp, sheeps wool and wood fibre natural building materials.
